Postnatal Aquatic Exercise class

‘Aqua Mama’

Aquatic exercise offers a wonderful challenge to the core and stability muscles of the body. In this class we focus on the recovery and core engagement of women after giving birth. Each participant is encouraged to challenge themselves within their level and state of recovery. 

Classes take place at the VUB pool (Boulevard du Triomphe) right next to the sport center. Easy access via trams 7 and 25. Underground parking is also available at entrance 6 from Boulevard du Triomphe.

Class duration: 45 min

Class cost: 125 euro (5 classes)

Day and time: Thursdays at 12h

Non-mobile babies are welcome to come either on the deck in a carrier or in the water with mom.
