Staying on a regular exercise routine can be challenging, especially when life gets in the way. Travel, family obligations, work are all great excuses to miss your sessions in the gym but with a little planning and some accountability you can maintain your fitness goals. This is what I am offering here, regular online meetings wherever you are to build, maintain and progress your program and keep you accountable to yourself

How it works

Together we set fitness, lifestyle and personal goals for you and have regular online meetings to maintain your progress. We look at the whole picture of your life and start out with a reasonable and achievable plan. I will hold you accountable and help to motivate you along the way.

You start by keeping a food and activity diary for one week and telling me your goals.

 

We set bi-monthly meetings online to discuss your progress and update your goal sheet.

We are working towards  long term habit changes and so we need to think long term. We would start with a 6 month program and build from there.
